Tehidy Woods was selected by Jenny and Jason as the ideal location for their pre-wedding photo session. They were wanting a spring feel for their photos with the first Bluebells coming through. We were fortunate to have picked a day right in the middle of the recent warm spell, so the coats and wellies weren’t really required as the warm spring sun filered through the trees.

We spent an hour or so enjoying the woods and wandering by the nature reserve. I find that a normal activity such as going for a walk or playing a game, helps people to relax and enjoy the experience of having a few photos taken, rather than setting up a ‘photo shoot’ which unless they have done any modeling, makes people feel self concious. This unforced and un-posed style really brings out the best in peoples engagement and wedding photos.
