Stacey & Liam – Wedding Photography – St Ives Parish Church & St Ives Harbour Hotel

Stacey and Liam were married in the ancient parish church in St Ives. It was a beautiful May day with sunshine right from the start of the day. After the ceremony, the newly-weds drove to the Island overlooking the sparkling water of St Ives Bay.  The reception was held at the Harbour Hotel with wedding party photos down on Porthminster beach in the soft evening light.

With every wedding, I look for the good light and the decisive moment to try to make images which capture the story of the wedding day. The lovely quality light in west Cornwall was wonderful on the day Stacey and Liam were married.
